Remove the cap and use your thumb to gently push the bottom disc up from underneath the tube, exposing just a millimeter or two of the deodorant—a little goes a long way!
Before applying, hold the exposed bar against your underarm for a few seconds; the natural warmth of your skin will slightly soften the oils, allowing it to glide on smoothly and evenly.
When you're done, simply pop the cap back on (if you accidentally pushed it up too far, just gently tap the bottom of the tube against a flat surface or use your palm to press it back down).
